1. About CertArc

CertArc is an independent exam preparation platform for information security certification candidates. CertArc is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ISACA®. CISM® is a registered trademark of ISACA.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or purchasing CertArc access, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Access Plans and Payments

CertArc offers a one-month subscription ($49) for your selected program, a 90-day access pass ($99) for your selected program, and a 24-month access pass ($199) for all programs. Payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem handles tax collection and remittance on applicable transactions.

Only the 24-month all-program pass includes access across CISM, CISSP and future CertArc programs, including CISA once released during your access period. Monthly and 90-day plans cover only the program selected at purchase. Each program must be released before access is available, and its learning prerequisites still apply. Access is activated only after successful payment confirmation via our payment processor — not from checkout redirect alone.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Upon scheduled cancellation, access continues until the end of your current paid period. The 90-day and 24-month access passes are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. No prorated refunds are issued for unused days.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if you have completed fewer than 50 questions. To request a refund, contact support@certarc.com within 7 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed manually and reviewed individually.

No refunds are issued after 7 days or after completing 50 or more questions. All other refunds remain subject to this Section 5 policy.

The Pass Guarantee in Section 11 is a separate guarantee and is not limited by this 7-day or 50-question refund window. All other refunds remain subject to this Section 5 policy.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

CertArc provides practice questions and readiness indicators for study purposes only. These are not official ISACA exam questions and do not guarantee exam success. Readiness scores are directional estimates, not pass/fail predictions.

7. Acceptable Use

You may use CertArc only for personal, non-commercial exam preparation. Sharing account credentials, reproducing question content, or using the platform in ways that violate applicable law is prohibited.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, question bank, and software are the property of CertArc. No content may be copied, distributed, or used outside the platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CertArc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your current paid access period.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Pass Guarantee

If CertArc offers a written Pass Guarantee for a specific plan or campaign, the guarantee terms shown at purchase control that benefit. The Pass Guarantee does not waive acceptable-use requirements, account-sharing restrictions, or evidence requirements stated in the offer.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CertArc shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
